quiet atmosphere staff assistance
The breakfast area includes a section only for adults for a quiet atmosphere. Staff assistance defines this hotel, and they helped me when I needed a taxi to an appointment. THE concierge really helped me. I was late.
One particular pool was only available for specific rooms.

i loved the smooth check-in i experienced. dana at the front desk provided all the information i needed and even upgraded my room. she surprised me with anniversary decorations!
I was a little disappointed because the 18+ pool was not exclusive. There were younger people there. also, i noticed the toilet wasn't clean when i checked in, with obvious urine present.

I found shoe marks on the flooring. I suspect they were left by the cleaning staff.

comfortable bed working air conditioning nice balcony
the room had a comfortable king bed. the air conditioning worked well! i had a premium king room with a sea view and it was worth it. it included a nice balcony to relax on.
The gym equipment could use some updating. Some machines were out of service.
